Nobel Prize Effect
Ivar Giaever stated that since Linus Pauling was famous by the time the Nobel Prize was awarded to him, the Prize had on him, no specific effect. However, in his case it was different.
The Nobel Prize made available to him many new opportunities. He remained in his field of biophysics. He commenced trying to solve biological problems. Using tissue culture on small electrodes, he conducted research studying movement of normal and cancer cells.
